This week I am going to write about well-known brand with good reputation and their campaign called Burberry World. I was inspired from Matthew Zorpas – The Gentleman Blogger. He was a guest speaker in My University and he talked about this project. I decided to share with you this interesting story.
The project is based on building a social network called Burberry World that connects its customers with its products. The luxury brand partners with the Salesforce. The experience is that the customers have total access to Burberry across any device and anywhere. They can feel the brand, feel the culture. Everyone can go to Burberry World and understand the journey and the mission that Burberry is on. Angela Ahrendts – the CEO of the brand advices every other brand to create a social enterprise.
This campaign is to “speak” with the brand with social language and to transform your mobile phone into device of engagement. This is between the physical and the digital world. “Give your audience something that they haven’t seen.” – Matthew Zorpas, this brand create a whole new world where the customers are the most important and it is something new and interesting.
